Bed sheets were clean, Great location, behind tower
-
The hotel is 500 metres away from Greggs - Houndshill, where we got some food. We would recommend.
-
The bed, pillow and duvet where very comy!
The cost of the room was outrageous considering the standard. Did not get a warm welcome from an eastern hottelier. Felt there was a language barrier there. Breakfast was awful, very fatty. Overall the whole hotel needs bringing into the 21st Century and not the 1950's. Luckily my stay was for a stag doo and i did not have to spend much time in hotel.
-
The welcome was fantastin and all staff pleasant
Only the en suite rooms only had a toilet and sink. May have been spoiled but would expect a shower
-
its situation, did a nice breakfast
no entertainment, reception not that friendly
-
Great central location for pubs, clubs, shops & attractions. Great all you could eat buffet style breakfast.
bit old and rundown could do with a lick of paint and modernising. on of the triple rooms booked was very tight for space.
-
Brilliant location, v.close to Blackpool Tower, shopping centre and beach. Very little parking available in Adelaide Street but a multi-storey carpark was only 5mins away. The Hotel was fully booked but the buffet breakfast was served with a minimum of fuss. V.good value.
The en-suite shower was v.small and 1 thin towel was provided per person.
-
It was close to the Tower.
The Room, the bathroom, lack of hot water, the noise level and the price. Also the owner did not care when we asked about our concerns
-
The staff were very polite helpful at all times and the location was great for our stay.
The hot water tap wouldnt work in the bathroom and the bathroom did need updating.
-
close to every actractions
-
central heating on full blast and could not turn off despite request.Too noisy outside until 4 am
-
the breakfast was one of the best i have experience with excellent service from the staff
lack of car parking spaces only a limited number which was already taken by the time we arrived
-
The staff were friendly. location was good. The room was small, worn and needs updating. Value for money was very poor. i would not use it again at that price.
-
The breakfast was fantastic! The variety on offer and the service was above expectatation. The bed was also very comfortable!
The hotel could do with a lick of paint, the deco was a bit dated. The room had no hair dryer in it either.
-
The room was a fair size and was ok for the 1 night. Breakfast was really nice.
The corridor we were in was noisy untill the early hours which with having the kids was not good.
